I reckon all of this will eventually happen with our characters: being used for the exact opposite reason they were created.

I know, they are likely saving the best stuff for a later trailer and for the film itself. It's best they do not give a whole ton of stuff away.

But since the movie is called "The Super Mario GALAXY Movie", there should be more of "Mario Galaxy" in the movie trailer.

Will still go see it, though.

I didn't really get the hype, outside of them being 3D prints of these images, which I only briefly thought was hilarious.

Might need to rethink scaring the strongest person in the world that could easily break you into atoms ENTIRELY.

I think all movie Lumas would've had mouths regardless, especially if they were to talk.
Them having no mouths in the games is just a stylistic choice.
