FYI... The pattern also holds for n=0 and n=-1, but not for n<=-2.

n=0:
L: (1+0)^2= (1)^2= 1 ✔️
R: 1^3+0^3= 1+0= 1 ✔️

n=-1:
L: (1+0+(-1))^2= (0)^2= 0 ✔️
R: 1^3+0^3+(-1)^3=
1+0+(-1)= 0✔️

n=-2:
L: (1+0+(-1)+(-2))^2=
(-2)^2= 4 ✔️
R: 1^3+0^3+(-1)^3+(-2)^3=
1+0+(-1)+(-8)= -8✖️
