Today’s government announcement is a big moment for Dartford residents.

After years of delay, we finally have a green light on the Lower Thames Crossing.

This a huge step in the right direction. Labour is delivering for Dartford and the Thames Estuary.

The Government has confirmed it will deliver the Lower Thames Crossing!

Great to have confirmation from the Chancellor Rachel Reeves that the project will go ahead.

Labour is delivering for the people of Dartford. There is an end in sight to gridlock.

I was pleased to meet with Minister for Local Growth, Alex Norris, about Swanscombe Pavilion.

The Pavilion is a vital hub which the community is desperately missing.

I will continue to push for more funding for community assets and for Dartford Council to finally step up.

It’s a privilege to be sitting on the Tobacco & Vapes Bill Committee this month with great colleagues.

This is legislation which will save many lives and build a healthier future generation.

The state of our NHS and rising waiting lists in Kent is shocking.

Today I raised with the Prime Minister at #PMQs what years of underfunding has done to our local services in Kent and Dartford.

I welcome assurance that reforms will bring back an NHS there when you need it.
