I haven’t done much work outdoors this summer due to cardiac surgery but managed to spend a couple hours outside today getting some work done, including this little fairy garden. I found a box of fairy items from my kids’ childhood collection & nostalgia took over. #StarfishClub

Be kind & build your life around it. This is the key to the greatest kind of personal success. The energy around you (if positive), will attract more kindness, more positivity, more love, more abundance, & ultimately more happiness to your life. Today I would like to honour & pay tribute to my beloved late cousin Peter Zezel (April 22, 1965 - May 26, 2009). Peter played in the #NHL for 15 seasons, from 1984-1999. Peter would have been 60 yrs old today. He was a great person who was my childhood hero. Peter had a ♥️ of gold & he was loved.

A happy life is directly tied to a positive mindset. You may have struggles and challenges, and your life may not be perfect (whose is?) but you can still choose to have a positive outlook. That is huge. Every day I wake up and say thank you. It’s a simple habit that keeps me positive. #mentalhealth
