not only is there an expectation that juniors will understand the tech and the risks - i am suggesting that juniors have the most to gain from appearing to hold this knowledge as it gives them an additional capital within the organisation

Counter-intuitively-junior staff may not be ideal AI advisors for seniors. Research suggests they often propose surface-level risk controls that:
1️⃣ Stem from poor grasp of AI capabilities
2️⃣ Over-rely on changing behavior vs system design
3️⃣ Focus on surface vs org solutions
