Nice shots. I am pretty sure it is a Cooper’s Hawk. The eye color and slate forehead and shoulders are as they should be for a young adult bird. Tail is not visible and with no way to estimate size that would be my best id. Not impossible that it is a Sharp-shinned. Which do you think? COHA or SSHA?
