lately been more externally annoyed at my ADHD as i look back at timeline w/ meds & recognize what it looks like when my dosage isn't cutting it, bad habits coming back (dopamine seeking, easy stunlocking, etc) & low art output, but i've got better routines now to keep me at least partially moving

also didn't realize 30mg vyvanse was a comparatively low dose, i was worried i was at the limit of what i could tolerate cause last month i was getting jittery "over-caffeinated" sensations some mornings, haven't had that since the wedding & feeling a bit more sluggish so i def adjusted to that dose

just trying to get better about staying in contact with ppl even when I'm having a bad headache or anxiety day, something I'm gonna focus on with my therapist & med manager

I'm probably still gonna have a few more before they're fully gone, but I went a full 3 days without having one last week and managed to get a lot of YCHs done, then they came back less severely painful but frequent enough to keep me sleepless for a few days, but my log shows they're on the way out

*by letting SNAP collapse, just woke up and my eyes lit up about voting lol. Also without SNAP a lot of grocery stores will do layoffs and/or close too, SNAP sales make up at least 10% of many grocery stores' sales because capitalism is a failed system!!

"welfare queens" & other propaganda abt undeserving
ppl enduring the humiliation & hassle to receive gov money (but it's cool when billionaires do it) is pure racist horseshit and pull-the-ladder-up-behind-you selfishness to assure suckers that some ppl deserve to starve (especially children, 39%!)

Since we weren't married yet & I make too much & they were unemployed at the time, last year my wife went thru process of applying for SNAP, they only gave em $20 a month & threatened to kick em off Medicaid cause they fucked up n put my income as theirs, it was a shitshow & we gave up after 1 month
