Today both @bbcnews and @itn couldn’t wait to credit the previous govt on the reduced immigration figures, yet consistently fail to mention the previous govt when negative impacts hit the economy. I’m not saying that the former is wrong, but the latter is telling.

God @itnproductions.bsky.social - yours news is SOOOOOO EFFING BORING!!! All you can do is find ANY Governmental mistake, regardless how trivial. It’s just negative, negative, negative. Depressing to watch.

So @bbcnews completely failing to mention that Rachel Reeves’ letting agent had accepted responsibility. Left it looking like Reeves had got away with something dodgy. It really is all about the wording. Disgusting.

No Boris Johnson, Charlie Kirk did not represent "common sense"
His murder was a tragedy. Yet it was politicised by his own side instantly. The reaction revealed much.

@restispoliticsus.bsky.social I do like this podcast, but found ep 111 strange. Apparently the problems in the US are caused by the hard left??? 2 things:

1. The US doesn’t have a hard left!

@therestpolitics.bsky.social I’ve just caught up with the Xmas Day edition. I’m so glad that, as a reason for a decline in working people nos in the UK, Rory mentioned the very unpleasant working environments in the UK. I retired early for exactly this reason, yet it hardly ever gets mentioned.
