I empathize with your anger on this, nonetheless, I reject any inference that it makes Judge Garland a traitor in any way. His performance on this issue was disappointing, to be sure.

Not my job to defend him, but the fact he took the time to deliberate the matters was why Barack Obama wanted him to serve on the SCOTUS. He was always a non partisan jurist. Doesn’t make him a traitor. Would you rather he’d been a vengeful train wreck of a AG like Bondi?
