Indeed, it would. We have a Constitution that spells out those checks and balances, but it's seems to have been conveniently set aside for the Orange Pustule excuse for a leader.

I don't get why they feel the need to reglate for customers who are well able to regulate themselves. Ugh!

As a musician who has been asked to perform "for the exposure" in lieu of payment, I certainly cannot disagree. It is a travesty on multiple levels.
