I was surprised by the higher than I expected season ticket prices I saw from the Cosmos... but I have to think they'll still chip away at RBNYs ticket base. So I see more erosion ahead.

The lack of discipline on this team is what will - and should - get the head coach and GM fired.

When you put it in quotes "cashgrab" is one word 😃

All the people calling the Club World Cup a "cash grab"... that's what I feel like this Red Bull team is.

Just not sure how much cash they're actually grabbing.

Unfortunately, that's not the case. I work in the public safety realm. Most of the folks in that realm are super engaged - they are just ONLY getting their info from Fox News, Joe Rogan, etc. There's largely no malicious intent amongst these folks... they're just only getting a very skewed view.

It's going to get worse. AI is going to drive out much of the rest of the news media. Why pay if Google will give you an AI summary for free? How do you sell online ad space if you no longer have to click through to a site?

Paywall news will exist and maybe even do well - but reach will be siloed.

I don't like ChatGPT because while maybe written more efficiently, it doesn't sound like ME.
