Any Chester FC people around? Also Wirral Ramblers, Is this the most boring profile ever? Certainly top ten. Dare I mention Bob Dylan as well.
Bob Dylan’s birthday today 84.
Happy Birthday Bob, hope you get some nice presents.

I had convinced myself that we would lose in a gutless cringey way. But no, faith restored. We won a play off. The Harry Mac went berserk. Absolutely brilliant. Life enhancing stuff.

A good day with the Wirral Ramblers, abandoning the oblong of dreams and training it to Wigan, lots of canal locks, beautiful country house, no pies. Sunshine makes it so much better.

Wirral Ramblers hiked from Wekkers up to Thurstaston yesterday in 90% glorious sunshine. Beautiful views from the top across the Dee Estuary.

Managed to buy some tickets for the Chester FC trip to Marine on Boxing Day, the club only got 315 tickets so on one hand good for me, but on the other hand 315 tickets is a joke.

Oh dear, Chester FC struggled yesterday at Warrington Town. Ended a draw, but we should be winning these games. Decent pint in the social club a high point of the day.

Delightful walk with Wirral Ramblers around Bickerton. Cold start but soon warmed up. Lunch sat on a wet rock, Ham on Sourdough, Rice crackers and an Apple, all good.

Absolute scenes at Chester FC yesterday as we played the league leaders Chorley off the park. A resounding 2 . 1 victory no less than we deserved. Magnifico….

A good day out with Wirral Ramblers around the Neston and Ness area. This glorious vista was our lunch spot. Sat on a Sandstone rock at Parkgate marshes looking towards the distant River Dee and the North Wales coast. Pitta bread with peanut butter and a banana.
