I clicked on the "Forgot your password" link and got an email saying I've successfully changed my password. But I didn't set a password, and didn't get a temp password. I can't log in to the store. It's all very confusing.

Think of it like you're trying to bring your elbows together at the top. That will give you a good chest squeeze and that's where you should really feel it. Also you're going real far back at the bottom, if you have that ROM that's great, but I don't think it's strictly necessary for pec flys.
