Hey @AmericanAir — we checked 2 bags at RDU more than 90 mins before our flight. Only 1 made it. The other? Still sitting at RDU per the 2 AirTags inside it. Missed the next flight too. No one will help until we land tonight — and we’re not even staying near that airport.
