1) The “fundamentals” were against the Dems in this cycle.
2) Harris is a mediocre political talent (not bad, just average), who had very little margin for error
3) A sitting VP was always going to have a hard time decoupling herself from the current admin. They needed a proper primary.

IMO, it’s down to Allen and Barkley. Lamar and King Henry having great seasons but kind of sharing the burden a bit.

Final Fantasy 8 is my choice. Not quite the spectacular story as with 7, but still very good in its own right, had graphical upgrades, and am amazing soundtrack.
