I will always carry my heritage with me, but I’ve also found a new home that values equality, human rights and democracy.
Norway has given me the space to be myself without hesitation. I’ve never felt more welcome, and I am so proud and thankful to be a part of this country.

Today reminded me that it’s okay to pause and honour this moment. I’m truly grateful for the journey that brought me here and for the chance to build a life in a place that reflects the values I believe in.
