This CNN article says risks for baby if born after COVID infection are stillbirth and respiratory disease?

Not sure that the author knows what stillbirth is.

Unfortunately, a lot of stillbirth parents do. Unvaccinated covid infection increases risk of stillbirth, which means baby dies in womb.

This past year, I was fortunate to publish Stillbirth & the Law, a blend of my personal and academic expertise. This is how I concluded the book: “I’m still his mama and he’s still my son.” #endstillbirth www.ucpress.edu/books/stillb...

Nothing like a government payment for live childbirth—and no such payment for pregnancy loss—to affirm the failure of women whose pregnancies end in pregnancy loss.

The tort reform motivation meant that the new TX WD law would apply to tortiously caused fetal death, but NOT if the death was due to doctor conduct. So a "biological dad" didn't get a WD claim against a dr for fetal death. And he doesn't have any other claim (she can sue in medmal, he can't).
