I make mine with chicken (usually shred a rotisserie chicken). I use a mix of medium and hot hatch chilis. Onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken stock, diced tomatoes. So good! I buy a bunch of roasted chilis from a farm stand in August, then prep and freeze them. The chilis are great on foid!

I’ve only had ‘shelter pets’ my whole life, starting with a dog when I was 7. I’ve had the love of 3 dogs and 2 cats who are on the other side of the rainbow bridge, and these 2 monsters I currently serve.
