Every dress/ blouse that closes across the top, hits exactly within a thousandth of an inch too low. I spend all day tugging on the top of my dress to keep it closed, and the bottom of my dress to pull it down every time I stand up🤬 Who makes women’s biz clothes that don’t get on your nerves?!
