I’ve always found this poem powerful, when my daughter was diagnosed with brain cancer it helped remind me to be strong for her. I also need this reminder now.

It’s Veterans Day and I’d like to talk about my dad. He joined the navy out of HS right before the draft. He never went to Vietnam, he stayed stateside, in Pensacola. He’s a supporter of strong women, voted for Clinton and Harris (and Obama and Biden…), I’m lucky to be his daughter.

100% agree. It’s sad and funny that some of the people who voted for him still don’t believe he’ll gut the DoE. A former classmate replied to one of my other (smart) former classmate’s posts on FB. The one who replied has a school aged kid.

I’ve always been a fan and worked to follow the Paradoxical Commandments, however; lately I’ve found it hard to follow all of them, so this will be my focus for now.
