Speaking of Sammy, got me thinking about 2013, when I played a few shows for the Montrose portion of Sammy's anniversary dates. Was a dream to play 5 songs with the original Montrose lineup of Sammy, Denny Carmassi, and Bill Church. Two awesome nights rocking classic Montrose tunes.

This was a fun encounter the other day. Dave couldn't stop staring at this guy who looked so much like Sammy in the '70s. He even had had to text Sammy a photo 😆
Met Sammy Hagar's younger doppelganger, who works at a restaurant we ate at a few days ago. 😂
He said he gets tons of people telling him he looks like Sammy every year. I could understand why. A pleasure talking to this nice Italian man.
