A walk around Whinlatter Forest - lovely views from the trails but the highlight was being in the hide watching the coal tits and red squirrels

@seatollerhouse1624.bsky.social along Langstrath to the bottom of Stake Pass, then up the fellside (no path) and through the bogs to Sergeant Crag, then Eagle Crag. Late lunch, then back down alongside Greenup Gill and back in time for tea!

The weather was a lot better than expected although rather windy, so we had a lovely walk around Buttermere 😀
Little sun and a bit squally but some great colours 🍂
