The show “Inspirations” at the Belmont Gallery of Art came down last week. The first piece is called “Follow the Drinking Gourd” with lyrics from that song on the border. The second painting is “freedom Quilt” inspired by the From Slavery to Freedom Garden at the Frick Environmental Center.
