My stepdaughter went through the same thing. She had perfect grades, tested with a very high act score. She applied to 11 schools, all 11 accepted. The pressure she put on herself was insane. Thankfully graduated from Purdue with honors & now lives downtown. We gotta stress not to stress to the kids

I had no goals. Never took an SAT back in the day. I took classes required for college but never was interested. Instead I worked in a machine shop making good $. Eventually I took the Purdue entrance exam & got in & studied chemistry. I dropped out because it was boring. I’m a successful dropout
