i'd have kept this more private, but i can't bottle up my ambitions forever. it's still small steps, but i know i didn't make these characters for nothing. i've thought about doing a comic with these two for way too long, and it's way past time that i actually do *something* about it.

Interesting movie; I like that Enki isn't scared to have some characters be unique. The only caveat I had with this film was having to watch it at PAL speed; shouldn't be too hard to fix for a rewatch, though.

A little segment here to show stuff I've been watching but haven't finished yet (first two), and other things I've been meaning to get to (last two).

The most annoying movie I've seen. Annoying characters & writing, annoyingly fast editing & story pacing, and annoying product placement. How do you deny the existence of a government surveillance program when your job is spying on people?

The first movie was neat when I saw it a couple years ago, and I just saw the rest of the trilogy recently. The second movie is so much fun, and the third ends the trilogy very nicely. Some funny physical acting in these, too!

Growing up is acknowledging that the Spice Girls are actually super fucking cool. This movie was stupid and fun; that might sound contradictory, but I don't find the two terms mutually exclusive.

Hosted at SIC a while back. I was never a Superman kid growing up, so seeing this opened my eyes a good bit! Not my favorite superhero movie, but beautifully crafted and very whimsical.

A movie I do regret missing out on when it first released in theaters. I'm a fan of Pattinson's Batman and the movie was pretty well edited. I wasn't expecting the final act to go down the way it did, but it was pretty fucking cool.

The oldest movie in this thread currently! This was a nice watch; Wong and Dietrich are great in this movie.

For a Star Wars clone, I'd say it's got its charm. It wasn't anything that stuck with me for too long, though.
