My mom passed last year after several years battle with Alzheimer’s and cancer and it was genuinely the most horrific thing I have ever seen. I hope by the time I’m that age dementia is cured or euthanasia becomes legal because I’d never wish that fate on my worst enemy.

The fact you occupy space on this earth means you’re inherently valuable. I get how it feels but you matter regardless, to other people but also to the future version of yourself. Keep your head up :)
