As such, it stands as an example for all of us in Europe. Our world values human life and the independence of nations only if they rise against those who are stronger and remind us that the oppression of one nation’s people and culture is an attack on the core values of all democracies.

As a Finn and a European, I want to say: Ukraine has now risen for the second time against an autocracy that disrespects human dignity and seeks to trample Ukrainians.

An outsider cannot help but wonder how Zelensky sees before him a pig that he is expected to “respect” for the sake of tens of thousands of lost Ukrainian lives—yet how those same lost lives speak to him: Is this why we died? So that one autocrat could be replaced by another?

Ukrainians are dying every moment while Mr. Orange speaks of Zelensky’s “disrespectful attire,” the “reverence” due to the Oval Office, and Zelensky’s poor hand in the game.

Russia has been moving towards #Pokrovsk for several months but its approach is sensitive to the Finnish "motti" operations.

Today's Russia knows that, of course. Or, so I thought.

Tunnen hyviä uskolleen antautuneita suomalaisia ortodokseja ja tiedän kahtiajaon olevan vahva.

Ja näen - vilpittömästi - sen olevan ortodoksisen kirkon ainoa tie olla olematta uhkatekijä. Olla vain se suomalainen seurakunta.

Sen venäläisille myönteisen seurakunnan paikka on 500 km itään.
