I didn't have that issue on my 4060 while playing Expedition 33, however I did have it in Avowed which is another UE5 game with Lumen GI

I received this yesterday, it works great with circles, rectangles, arrows, and lines, that's all I managed to find. (Rectangles are very unstable and hard to consistently detect tho)

It's all about what matters to people, for example if you care about the war in Palestine then both candidates are equally bad for unconditionally supporting the war with weapons and political support... Someone who cares about Ukraine winning would prefer the democrats etc...

One need to look at the frametime analysis to know where the performance is going, you can't really tell by looking at the game

That's correct except for a tiny detail, this time we're talking about a state capable of ending humanity in about 30-40 minutes (that's how long a nuclear ICBM takes to reach the far side of the globe), so if you keep pushing them why do think they won't press the red button and delete Ukraine?

It's not blaming the victim, it's telling the victim to cut their losses before they get much much worse.

It's more like give up and save your population (or what's left of it) because unlike you people, we believe Russia would absolutely press the big red button if they start losing, so save yourself (Ukraine) while you can and stop pocking the bear any further before it deletes you from existence.
