5. Obviously the challenge is for you and your goals but it does help if you have a friend, partner, or family member start it with you. It helps both of you stay on track.

3. Calorie tracker app. 2 of my daily goals account for nutrition, so I had to use this. Carb manager is my favorite app since Fitness Pal has too many pay walls.
