Fair point. We currently don't have additional pay points on current buses so that probably needs additional investment, but I'm no expert on any of this. I'm sure if this does get implemented, they'll evaluate and adjust as needed.

I think it's the other side effects of it being free that are more important. 1. With it being free, more people will take the bus leading to less cars on the road and causing less traffic. 2. People getting on the bus and buses leaving their stop will be faster since theres no wait in line to pay.
