There's an error in the article. In 1975, there were more than 2 AM stations in Ottawa. You had 580 CFRA, 910 CBO (cbc radio) 970 CKFH. 1150 CJRC, 1250 CBOF (radio canada), 1310 CKOY and 1440 CFGO (which would move to 1200 in 1986).

Agree. I was thinking it must be April Fools' Day. Someone doesn't have a clue. Claman also wrote "A Place to Stand, a Place to Grow" (Ontari-ari-ari-o!).
