It could be extraordinary. But not anymore so than if we continue the same fight we’ve been losing for the past 10 years. The only thing we can do is win over people, and Democratic leaders will only get in the way of doing that. If his supporters are forced to focus on him, they will turn.

And this post would be powerful if it included what was actually said, and not what whoever drafted this wish had been said. It turns something that was otherwise powerful into a lie.

I completely agree with the sentiment of this post, and that Trump was a shitshow today, but I think you're posting an exaggerated/partially fabricated version of what was said at that meeting. That's exactly the type of thing they do that is so destructive.

James Carville is actually right. Right wing media are masters at stirring up their audience by constantly criticizing what Democrats are doing. They will start hemorrhaging supporters if they are forced to focus on what Trump is doing. Nothing Democrats have done has prevented us from getting here.

They probably need to amend this bill to require teachers to skip over the gospel so kids don't realize how woke Jesus was.

Example: Does he care if people are deported more than he cares that his base thinks they’ve been deported? Because we can hire people to stand at bus stations for a few days and the news can report that everyone self-deported and we can all give Trump a slow clap/standing ovation for it.

I had a friend that waited that long to get a toiletry for less that $3, and they expected her to take it up to the cashier and check out immediately even though she wasn’t done shopping. Insanity.
