We used to spend Christmas Eve at our friends’ house in Chicago for Kučios (Lithuanian Christmas Eve) and we’d go to their church (St Teresa’s) before dinner. They always sang this song as a communion meditation. It is my absolute favorite.

Same with my cousin and friends who live in Chicago. They would beg to differ with that old woman. The only “violence” I’ve seen in the videos is being perpetrated by 🧊@gents.
