I have never been good at cooking "small". Made baked ziti today (very low in pasta) 2.5 lbs mozzarella, 3 lbs cottage cheese, 1.5 lbs provolone, and 8 oz parmasean though

The main part of my new job is "employee engagement" so I just plan out decorations, events, and fun stuff for the associates. Usually quick simple things like this Missing Man Table for Veteran's Day.
