Great match for Shonan Bellmare today, shame they couldn't play the same the rest of the season :( Great atmosphere at the Lemon Gas stadium too and the food outside was outstanding - 10/10 day, now desperately catching trains back to Korakuen to see NOAH 🤣

Not so surprised to wake up and find #yokohamafc have parted ways with Yomoda - the writing has been on the wall for weeks, shame it didn't work out though after last years promotion. Gonna be tough to turn things around but I think this change hopefully gives us a chance.

Very happy with the #yokohamafc win, nothing fancy but didn't feel like we were under pressure at any point in the game either. #fctokyo though... I don't wanna bang on about bad VAR again but, my god that was some awful refereeing for the equaliser! Clear offside AND handball! #jleague

Am I just the most biased person ever or was that not the absolute softest penalty given for Kashima of all time? Feel like the ref has cost us the game here, we looked the better side until he gifted them that goal. #yokohamafc #jleague

A point away from home should be a positive this season, but can't help feel like we would have got more from the game with a different starting front line. The new boys (bar Yamada) really aren't impressing so far. #jleague #yokohamafc

#jleague - should have been a pen in 1st half for the foul on Lukian, and there was nothing wrong the equaliser in stoppage time. Ladies and Gentlemen, we've been screwed. 😭 #yokohamafc

Just watched Paolo Sorrentino's newest movie, Parthenope - I know reviews aren't great for it and I agree on some points, however, imo the man can do wrong and nobody can/will ever capture the beauty of a place as well as Sorrentino does with Naples. Not his best but a solid 4 star movie.

Final #jleague thought of the day - FC Tokyo are really gonna have a bad year at this rate. Defensively still an absolute mess and not much better going forward. I can't remember the last time Teruhito Nakagawa had a good game, why is he a constant starter anymore?

#jleague thought 2 - Machida definitely weren't a flash in the pan were they? I expected them to slip into mid table obscurity this season but they could have put 3 or 4 past Niigata today

#jleague thought of the week #1 - Yokohama FC are definitely staying up and judging from todays performance, we're probably gonna win it all 😁 Yamada and Komazawa(sp?) look great and we actually have decent squad depth now. If we get relegated i'll eat my hat.

Oh no... Today was not a good day to be a Yokohama FC fan 😭 No attacking impetus all game and some horrendous defensive errors cost us dearly, that kind of performance does not fill me with hope for this season!
