I think that’s definitely part of it. They can both weather the storm and benefit from the crash to buy more assets at the intentionally depressed price points.

The “both sides are the same” narrative is demonstrably false, and only leads to apathy. Only one side refuses to accept the results of election, spreads racist lies and conspiracy theories, and obstructs all efforts to improve the lives of every day citizens.
