I just got back from London yesterday and was lamenting that I'm so over being sweaty. Some cars I think have AC, but most don't. It's HOT
Although, coming back to Vancouver Canada, land of 'the cars have AC so don't open the windows but it never works so people just sweat' isn't a ton better.
