Pretty sure I'm in need of a new mattress. No matter what pillow I do or don't use, I tend to wake up with a stiff neck that's trying to give me a migraine.

Health Update:
I have an issue where I can't seem to follow a sleep schedule, so when I go to sleep fluctuates. A lot. But when I do sleep, I sleep. A lot. Like.. 10-14 hours.
Last night I ONLY slept for 8 hours (starting at 5:30am mind you) and I feel like I have the bouncies!

Health Update:

I need to start a weight loss journey and/or consider surgery. There is just ... way too much information and far too many scams out there.
The gallbladder is gone and the liver is a lil fatty. I have a vague direction of keto. High protein, low carbs and sugars.

The computer world has been such a headache for me recently.
Can I just get an OS that works with the majority of soft/hardware that doesn't have unnecessarily bloatware or insecurities, that's relatively easy to maintain with updates?
