I frequently work for a Canadian company and receive payment in Canadian dollars, which typically convert to 75 cents in US dollars. However, the conversion rate has dropped to 69 cents, and I anticipate it will decline further. This could affect future work.

Reminds me of the old movie "Fantastic Voyage" where a crew in a sub was shrunk to be injected into the bloodstream to fix a man.
