First thought was to break 15 into 10 and 5. But then I noticed both were great candidates for double/halve. 30x12 is easier but I repeat the d/h to get 60x6. Now I'm working with a known square 6x6 is 36 and shift place value since it's 6 tens. 360.

Not totally free, but free-ish, Padlet I think has something called Sandbox. Similar to Jamboard. Can have three boards for free I believe.

Situational... if it cost me $ I'd round down. If it profited me, round to 1. If I was being offered 0.49999 of a brownie, up to 1 full piece. 0.49999 of a brussel sprout, down to 0 thanks. 😁
