As a note, the LCD actually DOES function/display proper tests images. Somehow. But due to the MASSIVE CHUNK OUT OF THE TOP EDGE the vat cannot be placed on it without piercing the ACF film, and this all started by THEIR machine malfunctioning, so I don't feel I should have had to buy anything.

Awesome! Their first response was to accuse me of demanding the new part, and deny they ever told me to buy it in the first place. And to also ask for pictures of the LCD functioning or not functioning. Which i've already provided.

Now I bet they'll claim some arbitrary time window has passed and try to force me to spend MORE money on a machine that has worked for a week or two tops since purchasing over a year ago now without a major malfunction downing it. I asked to return/exchange it before this and got outright refused.

It was damage to the LCD and not the tempered glass protector. Surprise, I can't fix the printer with that part they forced me to buy, that they said would fix it.
