My wife was on wegovy and didn't lose weight she switched to zepbound and started doing optavia(yes it's a MLM) but has lost 20#. Hope you find something that helps you

I've been on mounjaro for the past year. I dropped 50 lbs, dropped A1C to 4.5 from above 7, blood pressure is now normal and so is my cholesterol
