Last year for my birthday, I decided to make some changes. So I got a trainer and began watching what I ate and went to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. After a year, I am down 15+ pounds, and am in the best shape of my life. Thank you to @coachrja.bsky.social for helping with my transformation.
