No, on those fancy planes i have heard the condiments come in little glass jars. Insulin vials have a very distinctive shape like this.
Image shows 7 insulin vials of Novolin R, Humalot, Humulin, Lantus, Apidra, levemir, and Novolog. Each vial is a little different but all of them have a larger base, with a smaller neck and color collard at the smaller top.
