TV, Movie and Board Game enthusiast and Chicago sports fanatic (no, I don't know why I do it to myself either).
Just saw this news and like many others, echo the sentiment that I am so sorry to hear this and will always continue to follow you wherever that may lead you. Another publication goes down the drain.

Well now I have to make sure I get to watch this this weekend. I’m still a little bummed they didn’t make it a series and take their time with the story versus a movie. Love these books so much.

Just realized the three I have actually played are some of my favorites now - Barrage, Grand Austria Hotel and Tzolk’n. I think the moral is I need to play more of them now!

Has anyone played this on BGA yet? Saw it was in Beta

Plus what do tire companies know about card games anyway?

Ok I think I am sold on Flip 7, keeps popping up for everyone!

I may need to just pick up Flip 7, haven’t heard anything negative from anyone, seems like a hit for everybody!

We did two of the chapters of JOTL and it just got pushed behind others. Definitely a victim of myself wanting to buy every game I like! Lol

Personally I like Hive Mind and Green Team Wins better but they all kind of scratch the same itch of matching popular answers so everyone can play.

That RSB deluxe was very tempting. My daughter and I learned game at Gaming Hoopla a couple years ago and were hooked immediately.

We started with playing these on Zoom but big hits with all ages - Hive Mind, Herd Mentality and Green Team Wins, if you like party games. Also really enjoy Ready Set Bet no matter the group.

I’m terrible at it but it’s so fun. Great implementation on BGA to try it

Still Terraforming Mars after all this time!

I have watched Pushing Daisies through multiple times. Just watched the entire run with one of my daughters and now I am halfway through with my other daughter. Just a perfect once in a blue moon show.

Very much digging the oft-referenced bowling shirts!!

Also very geeked up to play Lord of the Rings Duel so I’m glad you had such a good reaction to that one too

Really like this one, one of the few games I backed on Kickstarter the past few years. Just a fun, calming game for an already anal spreadsheet using vacation planner, right up my alley! Glad you all enjoyed it!

Going to be a long 4 years. You guys are not allowed to stop the podcast at least that long now contractually.

I think TLJ may have been viewed differently too if they didn’t flip flop everything with the story in Rise of Skywalker, which was so traumatic for me, I still have never watched it a second time. The absolute lack of cohesion & storytelling thru the trilogy is absurd for a franchise that valuable.

Hell yes, especially the outside the top 200 part. So many great games.

All I know is that I crossed that line with my kids some years ago and brother, there is no going back…
