Yes, I agree with that. I also think abruptly curtailing hormone administration after only a short period of time would have the same effect.

Although cutting off access to hormones early in the process of medical transition would certainly have an undesireable effect.

Um... I don't think that's how the hormones work... hormone levels or volume consumed do not equate with breast size.
