They panic all the time.

They panic if they see a person walking down the street they can't determine the sex of at a glance.

I know, I just didn't wanna keep going, lol. It's a long standing thing in the series now and I'd love to know more about it.

And then suddenly they went back to the classic green orb with red within. I'm really curious about what all this meant to the creators. The green orbs with fire in them, the use of that aesthetic for Magicite, and what the logic was with the symbols in the orbs of 6 and 7. 4/4

FFVII kept the orbs with symbols within, but the red Summon materia could be viewed similarly as the red core of the Magicite, perhaps. 3/4

But then in FF6, they changed to orbs with symbols in them. However, that game featured Magicite, a green crystal with a red core that contained the essence of the summon. 2/4

Ranma didn't crack my egg, but it did mean a lot to me as a kid. So did Lancer from Robotech.

Classic.

It also made me think of a Gurren Lagann doujinshi I read in a past life, but that's incidental.

I really liked this dream though. This idea. Maybe I'll explore it further. But I still have my long running project KoD, as well as the cool super hero vs mutated monster, American immigrant in China, story I dreamt up earlier this year. I'm glad I took 30min to write this down tho. I like it. /10

And this is where I woke up. It was just after this I encountered the creeping hand thing, and Silas silenced us to avoid it. I left out some little things earlier, like something with a massive scary waterslide leading to the first boss fight in a PS2 Frequency like roller coaster kind of strip. 9/

The mysterious boss of that spy owl announces you should all go explore a new route that has opened up in the shallows. But it says not to try going off the path or it can't prevent the sea from taking us. You can then make a party of 3 or 4 from the friend group. Silas is suggested for stealth. 8/

However it is possible to hide from the stalking hand with the ability of one of your other friends, now that you're reunited. The friend Silas is dressed like a thief, and using his Silence skill quiets your party while exploring. Battling ends this state and the hand could interrupt fights. 7/

Mostly because the boyfriend of your passed out friend gets furious. He takes her, and they leave the realm. He would later out of frustration send in a creepy hand monster that hunts you through areas. He can't stop himself from doing it, it's due to his anger because his gf won't wake up. 6/
