Interesting visual on purchasing vs renting, in terms of monthly "purchase premium/discount". Doesnt capture general concept that when you buy, you lock in your 'worst case' loan payment. When renting youre subject to inflation in rent prices, but for owners inflation only affects tax/insurance.
