Following up to this - I think that high house price raise traps us. We end up thinking we need on this for wealth, but a growing wage is better for economy (wage = you can spend this on everyday stuff. You can't pay for your shopping with a projected increase in house price)

As a homeowner I would like to say "good thing" but in reality the answer is too simple. If it's rising faster than wages etc are, then it's a bad thing. I have kids and they'll like to buy a house, it's harder than ever for them. And as long as it goes up faster than wage, it's getting worse.

Algorithmic feeds probably is something that should be reconsidered but obviously it isn’t the only issue. Laws are too slow to keep up with the rapid pace of technology online.
