“Using” words shouldn’t have to mean “endorsing” the concepts the words describe. I don’t see how you can function in society without using these words. Yet, the world isn’t so simple. “Defining” is the key. And, the government does not control the vocabulary of the people. Lord help us.
Their silencing must be our speaking. Words to encourage in our homes, institutions, and neighborhoods.

The plan is transparent.

This administration is designed to tire us out and wear us down so that we are docile as we are plunged further into an abyss of dehumanization.

We will need to be strategic about responding to these aggressions and about holding fast to a love ethic.

Though different, this describes my own angst through 2020-21:
